Reservations with payment must be received no later than Friday, October 7.
Tea and Auction will help children in the Hardin County & Fort Knox area served by CASA of the Heartland.
Ticket Information
Reservations will not be accepted without payment. This includes any individual or group decorating a table, anyone purchasing a table of seven and single ticket purchasers.
Please complete all required information on reservation form. Reservations are accepted online and by phone with credit card OR return reservation slip with payment by mail OR bring competed reservation slip with payment in person to CASA of the Heartland at 580 Westport Rd, Suite D, Elizabethtown, KY.
Table Decorating Information
Decorate your table in your favorite theme! Themes can include seasons or holidays, characters, movies, your business, or tea-time elegance.

Times for Table Decorating
Decorating may begin from 3:00-5:30pm on Friday, October 14th or from 8:00am-11:00am on Saturday, October 15th. Decorating must be completed by 11:00am.
Table Decorating Judging Categories
Table will be put into the Individual or Business Group. Judging categories for both groups are: Most Elegant, Most Original, Best Use of Theme.
Please Note
CASA of the Heartland will need the name(s) of each person attending the event for tables of seven as well as single tickets purchased.
