CASA of the Heartland invites you to join us for out annual Farm to Fork. This year’s menu will feature a delicious home-grown menu by local chef, Tony York. Recipes will feature locally grown, farm-fresh foods. Farm to Fork will benefit CASA of the Heartland and provide caring advocates for local children under petition with the family courts. The event will be held at Highland Sod Farms on Saturday, August 12, 2023 and will include silent and live auctions. The live auction will be conducted by Hodges Auction Company.

CASA of the Heartland is currently seeking sponsorships and in-kind dentations for our Farm to Fork event. CASA is looking for in-kind item donations valued at $100+ to help raise money during our silent and live auctions. We are also looking for sponsorships and in-kind donations in the form of Kentucky grown meat and produce to feature for dinner at Farm to Fork. Sponsorship levels are detailed below.
Sponsorship checks should be made payable to CASA of the Heartland and can be mailed to P.O. Box 6065, Elizabethtown, KY 42702. Tables each seat eight guests; if you need additional seats, each seat is $150; the cost of additional seat should be added to your sponsorship check to guarantee seats at the same table. Attendee names, whether under sponsorship or additional tickets must be submitted by August 1, 2023, for escort cards.
