Originally Published on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 under News & Events « Back to News & Events | Back to Articles »
Join CASA of the Heartland at United Way of Central Kentucky on Tuesday, January 10th to learn how you can help a child who has been abused or neglected. Family Court Judge Pamela Addington will serve as the guest speaker.
Training will be held at The News-Enterprise on 408 West Dixie Avenue in Elizabethtown beginning Tuesday, January 24th and ending on Saturday, February 4th with light refreshments provided. If you are not able to attend this training, or have other training conflicts, please feel free to contact us. You must be 21 years of age or older to be a CASA volunteer advocate.
There are over 50 children on the waiting list for a CASA volunteer, a consistent person in their lives, someone to advocate for their needs and best interests. Will that person be you?
Please contact CASA of the Heartland at 270-982-2272, 270-982-2274, or firstname.lastname@example.org to RSVP for the Informational Evening, sign up for training, need more information, or have any questions.
